IAU Library Basics: Library Visitors

You are Welcome!

IAU Libraries are open for visitor access during the library opening hours.

Central Library at East Campus (building A3) is open for both male and female.

Central Library Ryan and Rakah Campus are open for female visitors only.

Services for Library Guests

Allowed:

Access to the Library
Access to the Reading Halls
Reading any open stack material
scanning of books (fair use)
Internet access as guest

Not Allowed:

Check-out (book loan)
Printing and photocopy
Computer Lab access
e-resource access

Who Can Access?

Allowed:

Faculty, Researchers, Students
Local community
Officials and Army
School college visits

Not Allowed:

Visiting reading Halls with food & drinks
Taking pictures or videos without permission
Wearing shorts
Wearing shoes that make noise
Playing music or smartphones audio
Disturbing others
Shouting and fighting with library staff and users
