Library Hours
The libraries at the Directorate of library affairs open as per the following schedule:
Central Library (Male) Building A3
1. During the Semester:
- Sunday to Thursday: 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 A.M - 03:00 P.M
- Friday: Closed.
2. During Examination:
- Sunday to Thursday: 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 am - 03:00 pm.
- Friday - Closed
3. During Ramadan:
- Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 A.M - 03:00 P.M and after Taraweeh 9:30 P.M. - 12:30 A.M
- Friday and Saturday: Closed.
4. During the Semester and Summer Break:
- Sunday to Thursday: 08:00 A.M - 02:45 P.M
- Friday and Saturday: Closed.
Central Libraries for Female Students (Building-20, and Rayyan Campus)
- Sunday to Thursday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
- Thursday - 08:00 AM to 02:30 PM
- Friday and Saturday - Closed
Hospital Library
- Sunday to Thursday: 08:00 am - 06:00 pm
All Satellite Libraries
- Sunday to Thursday: 08:00 am - 02:00 pm
- Friday & Saturday - Closed
Note: All libraries remain closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays. However, the central library building A3 opens on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
